Using Set Zero Priced Orders

The Set Zero Priced Orders is used to identify sales orders for product-type items that have been entered with a zero dollar selling price which have not yet been priced when the Delayed Pricing is set to Y (Y=yes) in Sales Options and the sales order was entered as "Price Later". It is also used to compare the selling price against the low and high price range for product type items set in Pricing Setup. The items or sales orders are presented in a list format so that the items can quickly be priced as you scroll down the list.

 

1. At the Sort (I/O) field, enter the sort order for the report.

 

2. Enter the ship date in the Ship Date field or press Enter to accept the system default date – today's date.

3. The system will find all sales orders with a zero selling price, those set to "price later", or those with a selling price outside the low-high selling price range. If no zero priced line items exist, the following message will display: "No zero price items found! Press space bar."
